0 An innocent mistake, or a Freudian slip?

With speculation that David Shearer could be restored to his former role of leader of the Labour Party (although why would he want it?), we're wondering as to the cause of this Bay of Plenty Times headline:

Did someone at the BoP Times (or at APN's centralised production centre) make a cock-up, or does someone have inside information of an impending coup or even a fait accompli?
