While most noise is about the top tier clubs, second tier in the EPL are equally busy loading up to frustrate title contenders. West Ham appears to be most active adding valuable players. Is it true Drogba is on the way back to Chelsea as Ba exits. Too many rumours especially in UK press so it is hard to figure things out.
