{UAH} Pope to watch World Cup final on maxi-screen set in Vatican

World Cup final match today between Germany and Argentina! And the whole globe is in a fever of impatience!

Who will win and who will lose? Of course football! the winner will praise football

and the loser will curse football!

But at the Vatican it's another story! the Holy Pontiff has announced his intention

to follow the match together will other prelates, employees and workers in the Holy City

and their attention will be focussed on that already erected maxi-screen that will enable

a good following by the hundreds of "fans" who will be present. Pope Francis will be among them.

And hundreds of media staff are already ready to go on spot to record the event!

The Pope from Argentina will also feel at home with the Germans in his entourage who are rendering

good services to him, and he is a fluent German speaker.

At the Sunday Angelus prayer today noon thousands of fans for both teams were among the

estimated 100,000-strong crowd that turned up for the prayer during which the Pope requested

those present to pray for peace in the Middle East. He insisted on the force and strength of prayer

as something that never fails to deliver and finally give excellent results.

Everyone went away satisfied with the Pope's message.

And now the world is waiting to see what this evening's soccer match will deliver for the competitors and for

the world on the whole!
