Ben,
Your questions cannot be addressed unless one looks at the minutes, the backup info provided to the accountant and the 2013 tax returns.
Please join me in begging Brain and Nekyon to prevail on Aisha Musoke Ogwang to provide the relevant minutes. The 2011-2012 minutes would have been passed on to her by Henrietta Nairuba. It is also possible that the minutes from the past 10 months have some info on outstanding loans. The minutes from the past 10 months are taken by Aisha.
If people are saying that they are supportive of efforts to examine UNAA's finances, they have to be willing to go after the known sources of information. e.g if we look at the minutes, we can see when the authorization was made, what the money was for, who used the money (did someone come to the meeting and claim to have lent us money before he got the approval of UNAA? the terms of the loans (are we paying any interest, if so, what is the rate?), etc
We can also look at the amount in the bank at the time to see if we actually needed the loan.
See? Someone in the Wilson camp has to tell Aisha that the minutes are actually the property of UNAA and that there are several ways of legally forcing her to produce the minutes.
Ms Rebecca Namwase Ssemambo could also be prevailed on to produce a copy of the 2013 tax returns to see if any money was paid to Mr. Wilson and Brenda to cover loans.
I am not sure who has the backup data for the info used to file 2012 tax returns. Did Jude get it from Brenda/Consesa? When Jude was deposed, did he pass it on to Brian? Or it was part of info that Nairuba passed on to Aisha?
thanks

Page 22 of the 2012 tax returns lists three people that UNAA owes/owed money.
Brenda Kalema. $300
Francis Ssenonga. $2800 (?)
Moses Wilson. $7,500 + $2,500
(Am writing from memory!)
Two of them were paid, or partly paid, and all three had either some money left to be paid, or entire amount still due.
Maybe we can start there and ask, what brought that about. Did they lend money to UNAA or did they provide services that were to be paid back? What are the details?

Brian,1. Everyone on this forum knows why I left the Election Commission. (a)Moses Wilson was interfering with our work was demanding that the EC should not be independent of the Board.(b)Francis Senoga and Moses Wilson twisted our arms to violate the constitution. They did not want us to show the voters' list. They wanted us to require members to pay for the convention in order to vote.2. I don't want to misstate your record or anyone else's. I am always careful about what I write. If you specify where I was wrong, I'll promptly apologize and withdraw my statement. Here is what I said:A. you never did anything about corruption before you got in leadership, during your time on the Council and for the TEN month you have been in power. Please specify where I am wrong.B. you approved the 2011 and 2012 tax returns. Though you later stated that you never approved the 2012 tax returns. Attached, please find the OFFICIAL copies of the 2011 and 2012 tax returns. Your name is there as one of the leaders that APPROVED the tax returns. The IRS copy is an OFFICIAL record! That is PROOF that you approved them. If one went to court, the IRS copy is enough proof that you approved the contents. FYI, "official records" is one of the exceptions to the rule against hearsay evidence. Please show us the document where you contacted the IRS to inform them that the record was wrong. Show us the minutes regarding the approval of the tax returns. Why do you think Aisha Musoke Ogwang has refused to show the minutes??? These are old records that do not verifying...I am assuming that each meeting starts with approving the minutes of that previous meeting...so there is nothing that Aisha would be doing to clean up the minutes...or is there something she wants to clean up?3. I commend you and Jude for releasing some financial info. But the data is not enough. e.g you show an amount for the AV system but you don't indicate if that is full payment or partial payment (the balance should be shown). I have begged your people to show the minutes relating to the approval of the AV system but I haven't gotten them. So I can't tell how much it is going cost us (is it $35k as rumored?). For
