Herald cartoonist Rod Emmerson is at his best this morning:
If we have one criticism of Emmerson's cartoon, there could perhaps have been a flea on the tail that's wagging the dog.
But otherwise, this is an excellent and simple critique of the deeply flawed and flea-infested electoral system that New Zealanders voted to retain in 2011.
