Kevin G. Dutton, 38, of Chicago, turned himself into Highland Park police Thursday after a warrant was issued for his arrest for criminal sexual assault and two charges of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, the release said.
Dutton has been accused of sexually assaulting a 22-year-old Lake Forest woman during a June 12 chiropractic treatment at the Wellness Circle, a business on the 800 block of Central Avenue where Dutton works as an independent contractor, according to the release.
