It is an believable that despite visible topographical bottle necks, safety of Ugandans in Banda and Kinawataka surrounding - Mogas built its fuel depot in the middle of residentials and Sudhir filled Kinawataka with soil creating massive flooding when small people are being evicted from wetlands.
