A woman in England named Claire Leeson spent $30,000 on everything from a boob job to spray tans and bum padding to look like the reality star.
She brought pictures of Kim to show her plastic surgeon to make sure she got the look.
Leeson confirmed on ITV's This Morning that her bum pads do feel real.
The 24-year-old didn’t just want to increase the size of her behind but her self-confidence.
So what costs so much just to look like Kim? Here is an approximate cost breakdown:
