An illegal ALIEN living in Archer Heights man accused of sexually assaulting his stepdaughter over the last three years was ordered held this afternoon on $250,000 bail.
Prosecutors said Karol Bienias, 41, of the 4800 block of South Springfield Avenue had been sexually assaulting his 16-year-old stepdaughter since she was 13, often when the victim’s mother went to work.
Bienias was arrested Thursday in an abandoned building in the 8400 block of South Gilbert Court in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood and charged with criminal sexual assault.
Bienias’ public defender said he is employed as a construction worker.
