0 Man arrested for stealing back his impounded vehicles with stolen tow truck

Missouri – A Pacific man has been charged with stealing a tow truck to steal back his vehicles from an impound yard in Jefferson County early Sunday.

Authorities charged Timothy Zeman, 51, of Pacific, with tampering first-degree and felony resisting arrest. He is being held in the Franklin County jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.
