CHICAGO - Two colored men with guns allegedly robbed multiple passengers on a CTA Orange Line train, police said.

The two men allegedly displayed guns and demanded valuables from customers on an inbound train around 4:15 p.m. Wednesday near Halstead and Roosevelt, police said.

A customer alerted a CTA attendant at the Roosevelt stop that he had been robbed on board, and the train was detained at State and Van Buren, CTA officials said.


No injuries were reported and no one has been taken into custody.
