Inocencio Hernandez-Reyes, 40, received consecutive 10-year terms in exchange for admitting guilt to two counts of felony sex assault. Hernandez-Reyes knew both victims, according to prosecutors. He was accused of assaulting one of the boys in April 2013. The other incident allegedly took place around 2006, according to prosecutors.
Both boys were under the age of 12, prosecutors said.
Hernandez-Reyes was given credit for the 433 days he has spent in the Kane County Jail, where he had been held in lieu of $1 million bond. He must serve at least 85 percent of his sentence and will be required to register as a sex offender when he is released from prison.
