0 Sheriff Tom Dart Sued Again - Female Correctional Officer alleges she was attacked at work by a Correctional Supervisor and the video tape of the incident was purposely destroyed

E-Mail: Tom Dart has Eight new Federal Employment suits filed against him just in the last 30 days. The majority are officers who have been injured by inmates and allege the Sheriff's office refused to make accommodations under Americans with Disabilities Act. Many of these officers also allege they were threatened for going public with allegations of under-staffing and misappropriation of funding by The Sheriff's office. Federal Court Filings indicate that Sheriff's Dart office has more Employment Discrimination suits filed against his office than all CITY AND COUNTY OFFICES COMBINED costing the Taxpayer millions in legal fees.
