Its good to see that the government is finally waking up to the reality that it simply has to provide more support towards provision of Legal Aid to the indigent & vulnerable Ugandan. Access to Justice is a cornerstone of sustainable development for all without exclusion. Unfortunately, Daily Monitor nearly spoilt the good moment with the heading "Chief Justice................."! What was the Editor thinking? No mention of Ag. on headlines!
