{UAH} a Tale of Two Men...

Brian,
I agree that talk is cheap. Below is tale of two men...Brian and Joseph:
Before Brian joined UNAA's leadership, he never did anything about corruption in UNAA.
Brian joined UNAA's leadership in 2011 and never did anything about corruption for the TWO years he was in the Council.
While on the Council, Brian APPROVED the 2011 tax returns that had so many mistakes and unexplained expenses worth hundreds of THOUSANDS of dollars.
Brian has been in power for TEN months, in those TEN months, what exactly has Brian DONE about fighting corruption in UNAA?
Brian pointed out the trivial matter of misspelled names on the 2012 tax returns but he said NOTHING about the obvious gap in the numbers!
When pressed to produce the details of the 2013 financials, Brian kept procrastinating for over TEN months.
Aisha Musoke Ogwang, refuses to release the minutes of the past 3 years but Brian does NOTHING about that.
On July 3rd, Brian says that he will produce whatever information he has (ins't that what anyone does?  Who produces what they don't have?)
Meantime, Joseph has never been in leadership but he's consistently demanded for accountability from UNAA's leaders for several years. Over the past few years, Joseph has spent a total of about 15 hours pouring over UNAA's finances of the past 6 or so yrs. Every Friday, Joseph spends about 4 minutes drafting a reminder to Brian to produce the books.
thanks

Brian,
Nekyon says that he knows of a Uganda cabinet minister who is a drug dealer but Nekyon readily admits that he has no guts to reveal that man's identity. In my case, I am willing to pursue all leads in my hunt for the corrupt folks in UNAA...see? big difference!
thanks
